Following are some instructions on accessing this application from inside CERN using a proxy server. This is the only way to edit information.

Before using the URL below (from inside CERN) you have to configure a proxy as detailed here:
https://atlasop.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/SysAdmins/AccessThePoint1InternalWeb

Once the proxy config is done, you can access at the URL below. This only works when inside the CERN general network
