Using Pathena to Submit Jobs
Once you are logged into the tier3, you need to source the panda setup scripts by doingsource /afs/cern.ch/atlas/offline/external/GRID/DA/panda-client/latest/etc/panda/panda_setup.shand then the grid setup scripts,
source /afs/cern.ch/atlas/offline/external/GRID/DA/panda-client/latest/etc/panda/panda_setup.sh-- CharlieMueller - 30 Apr 2009
